Announcements for January 22, 2023

The Fostoria-Bascom Prolife Newsletter has been posted on the Narthex bulletin board.

On Saturday, February 11th, we will be making the Super Bowl Subs with set-up at 9:00 a.m. & actual sandwich assembly at 9:30 a.m. A sign-up sheet for volunteers has been placed on the Narthex bulletin board. Order forms for the $8.00 sandwiches are located on the table outside the sanctuary. Please have these turned in to Ron Lutz by Sunday, February 5th.

Pastor Dean will attending the Regional Leadership Training Day on Saturday, January 28th and unavailable to take calls. Please text him or leave him a message and he will contact you during breaks.

All congregation members are welcome to join Dean and attend this Regional Leadership Development Day at St. Marks UMC in Findlay, Ohio. Please see the flyer posted on the Narthex bulletin board for additional information.

Pastor Dean will be attending “Course of Study” class on Friday, February 17th and Saturday, February 18th. Again, please text him or leave him a message and he will contact you during breaks.

Our next men’s breakfast will be at The Front 9 on Saturday, February 4th at 9:00 a.m.

The next Administrative Council meeting will be held Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the adult Sunday School room.

There are still a few boxes of offering envelopes available outside the sanctuary. If you take a box, please sign your name on the sheet with the corresponding number of the box that you selected. If you have extra envelopes left from past years, you can bring them and drop them off in the office so that we can “recycle” them and use them again.
